"Worst State Farm around. Been with State Farm for seven years and got with these clowns about a year ago and it has been one thing after another. Single mom, so I had a couple payments that I had to catch up on on as most people in America do and this time. I had changed bank accounts and called to give them my new card number. They never put it on auto draft instead, they just canceled. Completely unprofessional, and Layna herself told me I should take my business elsewhere. She and that older lady there are completely unprofessional and obviously miserable people to be so rude"
